Antoine Georges-Picot

Antoine Georges-Picot acquired a wide range of skills regarding operations and transformation over his 25 years’ experience in healthcare consulting.

After graduating from the ENSAE and the ENA, he first worked in the French Health Ministry and in the Bossard consulting firm, before leading Capgemini Consulting’s healthcare team.

Now at the head of GovHe, he helped numerous healthcare organisations in the conception and implementation of their strategic plans, both on their real estate and organisational aspects. He also contributed to the creation of numerous Territorial Hospital Groups.

His experience allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the interactions between public health authorities and healthcare organisations.
