Mariana started her career has a scientific researcher, developing new nanomaterials to be used in cancer diagnosis and treatment. She then worked for the innovation mission of the French Embassy in London, where she analysed public policies and funding in innovation and scientific research, facilitating the creation of Franco-British partnerships.
She turned towards consulting after a Master in Innovation Management and assists healthcare professionals using her expertise in innovative conception.
By gathering analytic and systemic thinking skills with her knowledge of innovation methodologies such as design thinking, she assists teams in their experimentation and transformation projects in healthcare, on both organisational and financial aspects.
