Viktoria Kleisova is expert in public healthcare policies, social security and hospital organisation.
Graduated from Science Po Paris’ Master in Public policies, with a focus on healthcare and social security, she worked for programs supervising doctor deployment in war zones for Doctors Without Borders, as well as for a Red Cross program creating sponsor recruitment structures in Central Europe.
She also worked with the French Red Cross on building the extension of a medico-surgical centre.
Additionally, she worked as a Financial Warranty Sales Manager for a British hedge fund, which led her to work closely with public authorities.
Since joining GovHe, she specialised in multi-hospital joint-strategic medical plans.
